Femi Oguns - Chief Executive
Femi Oguns MBE, born on October 28, 1977, is the visionary founder of London's Identity School of Acting and Identity Agency Group. In 2014, he received the esteemed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his invaluable contributions to the acting industry. His groundbreaking influence in British cinema was further underscored when he became the inaugural UK agent to receive a special jury prize at the 2017 British Independent Film Awards (BIFA). Consistently recognized on Powerful Media's top 100 Powerlist for influential figures of African/Caribbean descent, both in 2020 and 2021, Femi Oguns' impact resonates globally. In 2011, he expanded his reach with the establishment of IAG US, uniting with leading agencies in the United States to facilitate cross-Atlantic representation. IAG now extends its influence from the UK to North America, including partnerships with industry giants like WME, UTA, Gersh, and ICM. Oguns' dedication to fostering global talent is evident through IAG's prestigious clientele, featuring luminaries like John Boyega, Malachi Kirby (BAFTA Breakthrough Brit), and Melanie Liburd. Femi Oguns continues to shape the entertainment landscape with visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to talent worldwide.
Sheila Nortley - Head of Scripted / Exec Producer
Exec Producer, Sheila Nortley is a dynamic force in the world of entertainment, with a diverse portfolio that spans across film and television. Recently, she produced ln Rapman's highly anticipated superhero series, "SUPACELL," set to debut on Netflix. Simultaneously, crafting her feature film "BIRDSONG" in collaboration with BBC Films/BFI/Parkville Pictures. In 2022, Sheila lent her expertise consulting throughout development on "A TOWN CALLED MALICE" for SKY and Vertigo Films. She dedicated her time to the development of original pilot projects in partnership with Sky Studios, Fully Focused, and Home Team, further solidifying her reputation as a creative visionary. The previous year, in 2021, she demonstrated her producing prowess by delivering the captivating series "STAY CLOSE" for Red Productions, exclusively available on Netflix.
